My Name is Chris Kempter. I was born in Slapout, Alabama in 1997, but my artistic career didn’t start until November 2018. In my lifetime, I have always admired people that could paint: Bob Ross, Thomas Kinkade, Andrew Tischler, just to name a few. When i first started, I had not the slightest clue as to what I wanted to paint. So I tried everything under the sun, and failed a lot. As you can imagine, I was very frustrated. But as you may have guessed, I did finally paint something that showed a little potential. That is when I thought to myself. “You know what? I see potential here.”…and the rest is history.
